Our founding and mission
Quality Nursing Services, LLC was founded in 2002 in Battle Creek by Edward Riddle, who envisioned providing quality, affordable, and compassionate in-home care to his community. Today, our agency proudly remains a Black (female) owned provider, continuing to serve Battle Creek, Michigan, and surrounding areas with dedication and heart. We are committed to empowering individuals to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

Who we help and how
We proudly serve the elderly and disabled members of our community. Our goal is to enable them to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes for as long as possible. Through our comprehensive support services, including homemaking, respite care, companion services, transportation, shopping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, we make a positive difference by fostering independence, ensuring safety, and enhancing the overall quality of life for our clients.
